Stan’s mission is to unite innovation, public service, and entrepreneurship to expand opportunity and strengthen Beaufort County.
As Owner/President/CEO of Symbiotic Networks, Inc., he leads with a focus on practical, secure, and scalable technology that empowers businesses, local government, and citizens.
In parallel, as a Beaufort County Commissioner, he champions transparent, fiscally responsible policy that supports responsible growth, quality services, and civic trust. Through Deatherage & Associates, he cultivates resilient enterprises and partnerships that create jobs and diversify the local economy.
Rooted in Washington, North Carolina and shaped by his Art Design education at East Carolina University, Stan blends creative vision with strategic execution. He is committed to integrity, collaboration, and stewardship, listening first, leading decisively, and serving with humility.
Together with his wife, Lynn Womble Deatherage, he upholds family and local values while engaging the community to foster inclusive growth and opportunity. He measures success by shared prosperity, stronger connections, and a hometown that thrives for generations to come.
